Requirements

• Must meet all physical requirements and be able to take direction
• Knowledge and skills in the safe use and maintenance of cleaning fluids and tools
• Ability to be on your feet constantly and perform physical activities such as climbing stairs and ladders, bending, stooping, reaching, pushing, and pulling
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced and customer service-oriented environment
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus

Responsibilities

• Cleaning the office, clubhouse, and restrooms daily
• Cleaning and maintaining the laundry facilities as well as model apartments daily
• Preparing vacant apartments for new resident move-in
• Performing additional duties as requested by the Community Manager or Assistant Community Manager
