Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
  • Maintain all interior common areas of property in a clean, healthy, and safe manner.
  • Manage cleaning and housekeeping supplies inventories, including requisitioning of supplies as needed.
  • Vacuum and dust interior common areas daily.
  • Vacuum carpets, sweep, and clean floors of vacant units following the make-ready form.
  • Clean public restrooms and laundry facilities daily and check for supplies.
  • Wash windows and glass in common areas such as lobby, office, and community rooms periodically.
  • Sweep, wash, and wax floors in interior common areas weekly.
  • Remove trash and debris from interior common areas daily.
Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Valid Texas Driver's License
