Job summary

Stoa Group is seeking a full-time housekeeper for a luxury apartment complex, The Waters at Redstone, in Crestview, FL. You will perform daily cleaning in apartments, model units, and common spaces, helping residents feel at home while upholding Stoa Group’s high standards.

The successful candidate is organized, customer-focused, and able to work quickly under deadlines. The role includes on-site duties and a supportive team environment with competitive benefits.

Responsibilities

• General cleaning tasks for vacant and model units, as well as office space and other areas on the property.
• Performs general housekeeping duties in apartment homes for turnarounds, such as vacuuming, cleaning bathrooms and kitchens, and dusting all cleared flat surfaces.
• Performs general housekeeping duties of hallways and common areas as directed by supervisor.
• Accomplishes all work in the order of priority set by the supervisor.
• Always maintains resident confidentiality.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
