Job summary

Vail Resorts, Inc. is seeking hardworking housekeepers to join the Heart of the House team in Colorado. You'll work in a resort environment, cleaning guest spaces, restocking amenities, and ensuring safety with chemicals; lifting up to 50 lbs and collaborating in a fast-paced team.

Starting wage is $20/hr for a Winter Seasonal 2026/2027 schedule, with both full-time and part-time hours and housing available. Benefits include ski passes, employee discounts, and training opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 years or older.
• Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs safely.

Responsibilities

• Safely handle hazardous and caustic chemicals.
• Maintain high productivity across cleaning tasks.
• Restock amenities in guest rooms and public spaces.
• Maintain a friendly and courteous demeanor with guests.
• Operate housekeeping tools and equipment per property requirements.
• Participate in training and apply knowledge learned.

Job Specifications

Job Responsibilities

• Ability to safely work with hazardous and caustic chemicals
• Ability to perform well under pressure
• Exhibits high productivity in all cleaning assignments, including but not limited to replenishing of required amenities in all guest spaces as assigned
• Retention of training, and seeking further knowledge as you learn more about your assigned role and role requirements
• Always maintain a friendly and courteous demeanor
• Willingness and ability to handle and maintain housekeeping tools and equipment as required based off your specified property
• Other duties as assigned

The expected pay range is $20/hr. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
