Vail Resorts in Crested Butte is hiring Housekeeping staff to keep our mountain lodges sparkling. This winter seasonal role runs 2026/2027 with both full-time and part-time hours, and housing is available. Starting wage is $20 per hour, with the opportunity to grow through our Epic Service training.

Job Summary

Job Specifications

• Starting Wage: $20/hr
• Employment Type: Winter Seasonal 2026/2027
• Shift Type: Full Time and Part Time hours available
• Minimum Age: At least 18 years of age

Job Responsibilities

• Ability to safely work with hazardous and caustic chemicals
• Ability to perform well under pressure
• Exhibits high productivity in all cleaning assignments, including but not limited to replenishing of required amenities in all guest spaces as assigned
• Retention of training, and seeking further knowledge as you learn more about your assigned role and role requirements
• Always maintain a friendly and courteous demeanor
• Willingness and ability to handle and maintain housekeeping tools and equipment as required based off your specified property
• Other duties as assigned

The expected pay range is $20/hr. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
