Position Type: Part Time

Salary Range: $14.00 - $14.50 Hourly

Responsibilities

• Maintains clean resident apartments and common areas, fostering a welcoming environment.
• Adheres to chemical safety protocols to guarantee the safety of residents and team members.
• Engages with residents in a compassionate and impactful manner, cultivating a warm and supportive environment where the values of love, compassion, and dignity are reflected in every interaction.
• Participates in continuous learning and development opportunities through attendance and participation in educational seminars, staff meetings, and other learning experiences.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or GED equivalent preferred.
• Prior Assisted/Supportive Living experience preferred.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Must demonstrate the ability to serve with love, compassion, and dignity.
