Job summary

MainStay Suites is seeking a detail-oriented housekeeping team member to maintain a sparkling clean environment in guest rooms, hallways, and common areas. You will vacuum, change linens, clean bathrooms, and handle trash while using cleaning chemicals safely.

Exceptional communication and guest service will help create a memorable stay, with weekend/holiday shifts required. You will engage with guests warmly, report maintenance needs, and help keep public spaces pristine.

• Housekeeping Duties:Vacuuming, changing bed linens, cleaning floors and countertops, dusting surfaces, cleaning bathrooms, and removing trash.
• Safe and Effective Cleaning:Use cleaning chemicals properly and safely according to department guidelines.
• Friendly Guest Interaction:Engage with guests in a warm and courteous manner, offering assistance and directions as needed.
