Albemarle Estate at Trump Winery in Virginia's Charlottesville area is seeking a professional Housekeeper to maintain pristine guest rooms and public spaces in a luxury mansion. This role requires attention to detail, excellent service, and the ability to work independently in a high-end hospitality environment.

Hours are 40 per week, with shifts from 12pm–8pm or 8am–4pm and some holiday coverage. The position offers competitive pay ($18–$20/hr) plus benefits and 401(k) matching; prior luxury

Albemarle Estate at Trump Winery offers ten luxurious guest rooms in its 26,000‑square‑foot 45‑room mansion that has been called “one of America’s true treasures.”

Position

Housekeeper

Location

20 Minutes south of Downtown Charlottesville, 15 minutes north of Scottsville

Hours

40 hours/5 days per week, weekdays and weekends including some holidays. 12pm to 8pm and some flexibility for 8am-4pm

Wage

$18 - $20/hr base plus shift differential for evening shifts

Essential Duties

• Clean and maintain common areas and guest rooms while keeping to the highest standards set by management using standard cleaning equipment such as carts, vacuums, mops, brooms, and various chemicals.
• Perform laundry duties including sorting, washing, drying, folding and pressing.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in back of house areas and housekeeping carts and caddies.
• Acknowledge and greet guests in public spaces with a warm, friendly manner.
• Carry company radio and correspond with other departments on room statuses.

Requirements

• Attention to detail, great customer service skills, and professional attitude.
• Previous luxury hospitality experience preferred.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills in English are required to perform job duties.
• Follow detailed instructions and complete tasks promptly.
• Ability to work independently with little supervision and maintain a high level of performance.
• Ability to push, pull, carry, and lift up to 70 pounds, bend over, kneel, twist, reach overhead, climb stairs, ladders, and walk on varied surfaces (paved, incline, uneven, etc).
