Job summary

Orchard Pointe at Creek Valley is seeking a Housekeeper (Maintenance) to support our senior living community. You will perform thorough cleaning of resident apartments, common areas, and linen services, following established routines to maintain a safe, comfortable environment.

You will build positive relationships with residents and team members, report any maintenance needs, and help create a warm, welcoming home for residents and their families.

Responsibilities

• Cleaning resident apartments thoroughly, including floors, furniture, kitchens, bathrooms, and trash removal, following service plans.
• Providing comprehensive linen service, which includes washing, drying and folding linens, towels and personal items.
• Maintaining cleanliness and order in common areas, such as floors, furniture, kitchens, bathrooms, and elevators, and inspecting resident refrigerators for expired food.
• Building positive relationships with residents, their families, and team members.
