Heritage Communities at The Heritage at Fountain Point is seeking a Housekeeper (Maintenance) to help keep our residents' living spaces clean and comfortable.

You will clean apartments, provide linen service, maintain common areas, and support residents and team members by creating a tidy, welcoming environment. This role emphasizes building positive relationships with residents and colleagues while maintaining high cleanliness standards.

Responsibilities

• Cleaning resident apartments thoroughly, including floors, furniture, kitchens, bathrooms, and trash removal, following service plans.
• Providing comprehensive linen service, which includes washing, drying and folding linens, towels and personal items.
• Maintaining cleanliness and order in common areas, such as floors, furniture, kitchens, bathrooms and elevators, and inspecting resident refrigerators for expired food.
• Building positive relationships with residents, their families, and team members.
