Compass Senior Living is seeking a Housekeeper (Sun–Thurs, 7a–3p) to help maintain clean, safe, and welcoming senior living environments. You will service resident apartments and common areas, follow schedules, and uphold infection control standards while delivering friendly, professional care.

The role emphasizes teamwork, reliable attendance, and a compassionate approach to supporting residents in a vibrant community setting.

What You’ll Do

The Housekeeper maintains assigned areas in a clean, sanitary, safe, orderly, and attractive manner per established procedures and as directed by the supervisor; ensures that the highest degree of cleanliness and sanitation is always maintained.

As a Housekeeper, you can expect a range of responsibilities and tasks. Here are some general expectations:

• You will provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers.
• You will provide cleaning services inside residents' apartments and common areas.
• You will follow a cleaning schedule and instructions.
• You will adhere to procedures regarding infection control, food-borne illness prevention, harmful chemical handling, fire, safety, and sanitation.
• You will submit maintenance work orders to the Maintenance Director.
• You will report any unsafe/hazardous conditions within the community.
