Part of a nationwide family of Continuing Care Retirement Communities, we are seeking a Housekeeper. The purpose of this position is to provide campus services in cleaning and minor maintenance to meet the needs of residents and staff, ensuring facilities are in good condition.

In This Role, The Housekeeper Will

• Perform cleaning functions in assigned areas following established schedules and standards.
• Complete minor maintenance tasks such as replacing light bulbs, plunging toilets, and changing batteries.
• Maintain floors through sweeping, mopping, stripping, scrubbing, waxing, vacuuming, extraction, hosting, and buffing.
• Assist with cleaning emergency spills and project cleaning (walls, ceilings, vents, light fixtures, windows).
• Remove trash and recyclables, replace liners, and transport waste to disposal areas.
• Deep clean rooms during transfers/discharges per standards.
• Assist with moving furniture and resident transfers.
• Participate in linen management and bed-making as needed.
• Maintain cleaning equipment and report repairs.
• Report facility, furniture, or fixture repairs.
• Participate in supply management and campus snow/ice removal.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have

• Some high school education.
• Experience in housekeeping or maintenance.
• Effective communication skills in English.
• Dependability, organization, ability to follow instructions, and work independently.
• Interest in working with older adults.
• Availability on weekends may be required.

Compensation Pay Range

$14.50 - $17.11 per hour.
