Responsibilities include cleaning and maintaining guest rooms to meet standards, changing linens, replenishing amenities, and ensuring guest satisfaction.

Your Focus

• Greet guests warmly and professionally.
• Clean guest rooms efficiently according to standards.
• Change linens, towels, and replenish amenities.
• Polish furniture and fixtures, dust surfaces.
• Report repairs needed in guest rooms.
• Handle lost and found items per policy.
• Follow sustainability practices related to HHM’s EarthView program.
• Practice safety protocols, wear protective equipment, follow MSDS and OSHA standards.
• Perform house person and lobby duties as needed.
• Strive to improve guest satisfaction scores.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Your Background and Skills

• High School diploma preferred.
• Previous housekeeping experience or equivalent training required.
• Ability to communicate in English.
