The role includes cleaning resident rooms and common areas, following infection control procedures, assisting with laundry, and participating in a fast-paced healthcare setting. Starting pay is $15.00 per hour with full-time schedules and benefits.

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred.
• Healthcare or nursing home experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and safety procedures.
• Ability to work every other weekend.
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize resident rooms, bathrooms, hallways, and common areas.
• Perform routine housekeeping duties including dusting, mopping, vacuuming, and trash removal.
• Follow infection control and sanitation procedures in a healthcare setting.
• Maintain cleanliness of housekeeping equipment and carts.
• Replenish linens, towels, toiletries, and other supplies.
• Assist with laundry duties including washing, drying, folding, and distributing items.
• Help maintain a safe and orderly environment throughout the facility.
• Respond promptly and professionally to housekeeping requests.
