Job summary

Haven of Bement in Bement, Illinois is seeking a dependable Housekeeper to maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents, staff and visitors in our skilled nursing and long-term care facility.

The role is part-time with weekend availability required, offering flexible scheduling, paid vacation and holidays, daily pay access, and opportunities to transition into full-time positions within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Experience in housekeeping is preferred.
• Healthcare or nursing home experience is a plus.
• Familiarity with cleaning chemicals and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize resident rooms, bathrooms, hallways, and common areas
• Perform routine housekeeping duties including dusting, mopping, vacuuming, and trash removal
• Follow infection control and sanitation procedures in a healthcare setting
• Maintain cleanliness of housekeeping equipment and carts
• Replenish linens, towels, toiletries, and other supplies
• Assist with laundry duties including washing, drying, folding, and distributing items
• Help maintain a safe and orderly environment throughout the facility
• Respond promptly and professionally to housekeeping requests

Pay: $15.00 per hour
Schedule: Part-Time with Weekend Availability Required

At Haven of Bement, we are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team at our skilled nursing and long-term care facility in Bement, Illinois. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for our residents, staff, and visitors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean and sanitize resident rooms, bathrooms, hallways, and common areas
