Primary Duties:

• Meet Cleaning Standards: Perform routine guest room preparations and cleanings, meeting labor standards and maintaining public areas.
• Guest Relations: Assist guests with amenities, products, and services to enhance their stay and increase revenue.
• Teamwork: Help with laundry duties and communicate maintenance needs.
• Emergency Procedures: Follow property emergency procedures and ensure security.
• Other Duties: As assigned.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in housekeeping, preferably in hospitality.
• Proactive problem-solving skills.

Physical Requirements:

• Climbing stairs and ladders.
• Tasks involving kneeling, squatting, standing, sitting, bending, and twisting for long periods.
• Ability to lift, push, pull up to 20 lbs regularly, occasionally up to 50 lbs.
