Job summary

The Club at Quail Ridge in Boynton Beach, FL is seeking a dedicated housekeeper to perform daily cleaning and guest service duties across private units. You will handle tasks from dishwashing and vacuuming to laundry, bed making and window cleaning.

Responsibilities include reporting maintenance and safety issues, following the mission of Quail Ridge, and maintaining high energy, courteous interactions with guests and members. A flexible schedule and ability to lift up to 40 lbs are required.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in private housekeeping environment preferred.
• Ability to read and speak English.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily scheduled cleaning services, including requests by Manager.
• Dishwashing, vacuuming, mopping and sweeping.
• Clean windows, oven and stovetop; bathroom cleaning; make beds.
• Launder clothes and iron; deep cleaning of units as required.
• Report maintenance or safety issues to Manager immediately.
• Communicate with Manager to fulfill guest/member requests.
• Adhere to Quail Ridge procedures and dress standards.
• Maintain energy and courtesy when serving guests/members.

• Perform daily scheduled cleaning services, including a variety of cleaning functions/requests as assigned by Manager
• Dishwashing
• Vacuum, mop and sweep
• Clean windows
• Oven and stovetop cleaning
• Bathroom cleaning
• Make beds
• Launder clothes
• Iron
• Perform thorough deep clean of units as required
• Ability to reach, bend, stoop, stand and push, pull and lift items weighing up to 40 lbs.
• Report all maintenance issues to Manager, immediately
• Report all safety and security issues to Manager, immediately
• Communicate with Manager to ensure all guest/member requests are fulfilled
• Understand and strive toward the goals of the Quail Ridge Mission Statement
• Perform other functions as assigned by management
• Ability to read and speak English
• Previous experience in private housekeeping environment preferred
• Ability to reach, bend, stoop, stand and push, pull and lift items weighing up to 40 lbs.
• Must be high energy, guest service oriented and able to ensure our guests/members are handled with the utmost courtesy and professionalism
• Must have the ability to effectively communicate with guest/members and co-workers
• Able to work a flexible schedule as needed

• Knowledge/Ability to Vacuum and Iron
• Utilize all-purpose cleaner, bleach, disinfectant, furniture polish, oven cleaner, glass cleaner and other related general cleaning products

• Proper use of all company equipment and vehicles
• Adhere to all posted traffic signs and speed limits
• Adhere to Quail Ridge emergency procedures
