TriStar Greenview Regional Hospital in Bowling Green, KY is seeking an Environmental Services I Hospitality Associate to clean facility areas in alignment with leadership expectations.

This role emphasizes safety and sanitation, maintaining uniforms and appearance, reporting hazards, and collaborating with leadership to improve patient experience through efficient cleaning.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 1+ year of healthcare experience preferred.
• 1+ year of housekeeping or service-related experience preferred.

Job Summary and Qualifications

The Environmental Services I Hospitality Associate is responsible for cleaning areas of the facility in accordance with expectations of the center’s leadership team.

What you will do in this role:

• Adhere to expectations around safety and sanitation.
• Maintain and adhere to Environmental Service uniform and personal appearance standards at all time
• Report all hazards and unsafe work conditions.
• Collaborate with leadership with recommendations for patient experience improvement.
• Identify under-serviced and/or unserviced areas and how services can be provided.
• Adapt cleaning processes to add efficiency and effectiveness around the center.
• Correctly utilize all supplies and resources at all times to eliminate waste.

What qualifications you will need:

• High School Graduate or Equivalent. Preferred
• 1 + years of experience in healthcare Preferred
• 1 + years of experience in housekeeping or service related field Preferred
