Job summary

TriStar Greenview Regional Hospital is seeking an Environmental Services I Hospitality Associate to provide cleaning and sanitization across the facility in alignment with leadership expectations.

You will support safety, maintain uniform standards, report hazards, and collaborate with leadership to enhance patient experience through efficient cleaning practices and waste reduction.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or Equivalent. Preferred
• 1+ years of experience in healthcare Preferred
• 1+ years of experience in housekeeping or service related field Preferred

• Maintain Environmental Service uniform and personal appearance standards at all times
• Report hazards and unsafe conditions

Job Summary And Qualifications

The Environmental Services I Hospitality Associate is responsible for cleaning areas of the facility in accordance with expectations of the center’s leadership team.

What you will do in this role:

• Adhere to expectations around safety and sanitation.
• Maintain and adhere to Environmental Service uniform and personal appearance standards at all time
• Report all hazards and unsafe work conditions.
• Collaborate with leadership with recommendations for patient experience improvement.
• Identify under-serviced and/or unserviced areas and how services can be provided.
• Adapt cleaning processes to add efficiency and effectiveness around the center.
• Correctly utilize all supplies and resources at all times to eliminate waste.

What qualifications you will need:

• High School Graduate or Equivalent. Preferred
• 1 + years of experience in healthcare Preferred
• 1 + years of experience in housekeeping or service related field Preferred
