Clean and sanitize resident apartments, bathrooms, common areas, and facility spaces.

Vacuum, sweep, mop, dust, and maintain floors and surfaces.

Clean and disinfect high-touch areas.

Change linens and make beds as needed.

Empty trash and replace liners.

Keep hallways, dining areas, bathrooms, and shared spaces clean and welcoming.

Restock housekeeping supplies and report low inventory.

Safely use and store cleaning products and equipment.

Report maintenance issues, safety concerns, or damaged items.

Help keep vacant apartments tour and move-in ready.

Maintain clean and organized housekeeping areas.

Follow infection-control, safety, OSHA/CDC, and facility policies.

Respect resident privacy, dignity, belongings, and confidentiality.

Work cooperatively with all departments and staff.

Provide friendly and respectful interactions with residents.

Attend required training and meetings as assigned.

Perform other duties as requested by supervisory staff.
