Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Previous housekeeping or janitorial experience is preferred.
• Knowledge of cleaning techniques, products, and safety protocols.

• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Cleaning & Maintenance: Perform general cleaning duties in resident rooms and common areas.
• Laundry Services: Wash, fold, and distribute laundry for residents and staff as needed.
• Waste Management: Dispose of trash and recycling properly.
• Inventory Management: Restock cleaning supplies and notify management of shortages or equipment issues.
• Safety & Sanitation: Follow safety protocols to maintain a clean and safe environment.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with staff to ensure facility upkeep.
• Resident Engagement: Engage with residents in a friendly and respectful manner.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Cleaning & Maintenance: Perform general cleaning duties, including vacuuming, dusting, sanitizing, and mopping common areas, resident rooms, and restrooms to maintain a clean and safe environment.

• Safety & Sanitation: Follow all safety and sanitation protocols to ensure a clean, hygienic, and safe environment for residents and staff.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with other staff members to ensure that the facility is well-maintained and residents are comfortable.
• Resident Engagement: Engage with residents in a friendly and respectful manner, creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere.
