Autumn Village is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to join our team and maintain a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment for our residents.

Responsibilities include daily cleaning, laundry, waste and supply management, and ensuring safety and sanitation. We value compassion for the elderly and teamwork to create a caring community at Autumn Village in Beulaville, North Carolina.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Previous housekeeping or janitorial experience is preferred.
• Knowledge of cleaning techniques, products, and safety protocols.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Compassion for and a desire to work with the elderly.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Cleaning & Maintenance: Perform general cleaning duties in resident rooms and common areas.
• Laundry Services: Wash, fold, and distribute laundry for residents and staff as needed.
• Waste Management: Dispose of trash and recycling properly.
• Inventory Management: Restock cleaning supplies and notify management of shortages or equipment issues.
• Safety & Sanitation: Follow safety protocols to maintain a clean and safe environment.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with staff to ensure facility upkeep.
• Resident Engagement: Engage with residents in a friendly and respectful manner.
