Scully Company is seeking a Housekeeper to maintain the cleanliness of our community's common areas and support staff in delivering a welcoming environment for residents.

The role involves daily cleaning, light maintenance, handling work orders, and turning vacant apartments; start date is immediate with hours 8:00 AM–4:30 PM and overtime eligibility. Benefits accompany this position in a family-friendly culture.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of professional cleaning experience preferred.
• Experience cleaning in an apartment community or residential property preferred.
• Must have reliable transportation option to and from work.
• Reliable, hardworking, and able to work independently.
• Ability to lift/move up to 25–50 lbs.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Positive attitude and willingness to be a team player.

Responsibilities

• Daily cleaning of common areas, hallways, lobbies, and restrooms.
• Maintaining cleanliness of amenity spaces such as fitness centers, leasing offices, and clubrooms.
• Trash collection and groundskeeping support as needed.
• Light maintenance tasks as needed.
• Responding to work orders or cleaning requests from management.
• Ensuring the community meets cleanliness and safety standards.
• Ensure that all vacant apartments are properly cleaned and turned for incoming residents.

Position Summary: The primary responsibilities of the Housekeeper involve the upkeep of the community’s common areas in order to enhance and maintain its appeal. This role is essential in maintaining a clean, welcoming, and well-kept environment for our residents and visitors. The Housekeeper will also assist the rest of the staff, as directed, in their efforts to manage the property in an efficient manner, but not limited to, the following functions:
