Scully Company in Hatfield, PA is seeking a hands-on maintenance associate to care for residents and keep the property running smoothly. The role emphasizes responsive service and attention to detail to ensure a safe, well-maintained living environment.

You will promptly answer resident calls, follow up after repairs, oversee grounds and routine upkeep, prepare apartments for move-in and turnover, and participate in rotating on-call shifts including weekends and evenings as discussed with your

Qualifications

• 1+ years experience working on building maintenance.
• Valid driver's license and dependable transportation.
• Primary residency within 30 minutes of the property.
• Ability to meet physical demands.

Responsibilities

• Caring for residents by promptly answering resident calls.
• Providing top-notch customer service by following up with residents after repairs.
• Keeping an eye on the details of the property from the grounds to routine upkeep.
• Staying proactive about maintenance repairs.
• Preparing apartments for move-in and turnover.
