Job summary

Scully is seeking an attentive maintenance professional to care for residents and keep the property in excellent condition. You will respond quickly to repair requests, coordinate upkeep, and prepare units for move-ins and turnover while staying proactive on safety and quality.

The role includes rotating on-call duties, occasional weekend/evening hours, and the chance to grow with a family-owned team that values work-life balance and community living.

Qualifications

• Experience in building maintenance and tenant-facing service.
• Proven ability to respond quickly to maintenance requests.
• Strong attention to detail and safety awareness.

Responsibilities

• Care for residents by promptly answering calls.
• Provide top-notch service by following up after repairs.
• Monitor property details from grounds to upkeep.
• Prep apartments for move-in and turnover.
• Participate in rotating on-call including some weekends and evenings.

Your main priorities are:

• Caring for residents by promptly answering resident calls.
• Providing top-notch customer service by following up with residents after repairs
• Keeping an eye on the details of the property from the grounds to routine upkeep
• Staying proactive about maintenance repairs Preparing apartments for move-in and turn-over
• Participating in rotating on-call which includes occasional weekends and evening

Requirements

• Experience working on building maintenance
• Dependable transportation to get to work and to respond to on-call emergencies and a valid drivers license
• Primary residency within 30 minutes of our property-
• Ability to meet physical demands
