Qualifications

• FEA/finite element analysis knowledge and modeling experience.
• Willingness to travel up to 20%.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with multiple disciplines including industrial design and hardware teams.
• Brainstorm standards and solutions to complex engineering problems.
• Develop, prototype, test, and troubleshoot new designs.
• Lead design reviews and contribute to peer evaluations.
• Present work to cross-functional teams and managers.
• Generate specifications and drawings.
• Coordinate with manufacturing and vendors to optimize designs for function and manufacturability.
• Conduct failure analysis and design of experiments to determine root causes and drive corrective actions.
