Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a house manager, personal assistant, or similar household support role.
• Comfortable working in a home with hypo-allergenic pets; must not have cat or dog allergies; must be comfortable with litter box cleaning
• Maintain a smoke-free environment
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
• Reliable transportation required
• Comfortable navigating a large, multi-level home throughout the workday
• Ability to lift and carry bulk household items (e.g., cases of water, large pantry restocks)

Responsibilities

• Household Organization & Maintenance: Daily tidying, light vacuuming, dishes, and upkeep
• Administrative Support: Manage family calendar; coordinate school and household events
• Inventory & Errands: Restock pantry; manage subscriptions; returns and dry cleaning
• Meal Support: Prepare allergy-friendly meals; plan meals for dietary needs
• Laundry & Linens: Collect and sort laundry; potential transition to in-house laundering
• Pet Care: Weekly litter box cleaning; dog walking during meetings/travel
• Vehicle Upkeep: Schedule car washes and maintenance; Uber reimbursement
• Family Support: School errands; assist youngest child with tidying and organization
