Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in household management or family assistance.
• Experience supporting school-age children and preteens preferred.
• Proactive, self-directed work style with anticipation of needs.
• Reliable transportation; mileage reimbursed if applicable.
• Vaccination guidance per AA Pediatrics and CDC guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Morning departure support for school.
• Afternoon pickup and shuttle 3:00–5:30 PM.
• Coordinate playdates with other families.
• Schedule children's appointments (dental, pediatric, orthodontic).
• Calendar management using family system.
• Facilitate creative activities on non-school days.
