Job summary

Sage-Haus in San Diego, CA is seeking a part-time House Manager for 10-15 hours per week to oversee afternoon routines, meal prep, childcare support, and light household logistics.

You will coordinate pickups, manage vendors, and maintain household systems while supporting a newborn and two young children. Starts early to mid-September 2026; compensation $33-$38 per hour depending on experience.

Qualifications

• CPR and First Aid certification required.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Reliable transportation required (family vehicle provided for job-related driving duties).
• Candidates should be up to date on recommended vaccinations per AA&P and CDC guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Late afternoon school and daycare pickups for both children (approximately 5 pm).
• Childcare support after pickups, back-up childcare, and occasional bedtime support.
• Take the children on outings and help with errands and preparations as needed.
• Prep backpacks, clothing, and snacks; manage meal prep for children and light parental meals.
