Sage Haus, LLC in Guilford, CT is seeking a dedicated Household Manager with meal prep expertise to support a busy family. This part-time role offers 25–30 hours per week, Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with an ASAP start and compensation of $35–$40 per hour.

You will manage meal planning and cooking, household organization, errands, laundry, pet care, vehicle upkeep, calendars, and event prep, working closely with the family to reduce daily mental load and help the home run smoothly.

Qualifications

• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Maintain a smoke-free environment.
• Reliable personal vehicle required; mileage reimbursed provided for work-related errands.

Responsibilities

• Meal Support: Prepare healthy breakfasts, pack school lunches, and Cook dinners 2–3 days/week; pack lunches 5x weekly; manage weekly grocery planning and shopping; kitchen cleanup and maintenance.
• Household Organization & Maintenance: Create and maintain organization systems; daily resets and light tidying; prep for cleaners; seasonal swaps; coordinate donations; care for indoor plants; support events and travel prep.
• Inventory & Errands: Restock pantry and supplies; manage household orders/subscriptions; handle returns and dry cleaning; run errands; manage mail and packages.
• Laundry & Linens: Wash, fold, and organize family laundry; rotate linens; drop off dry cleaning; maintain tidy laundry area.
• Family Support: Back up for school pickups/drop-offs; backpack resets; handle kid-related errands.
• Pet Care: Walk dog daily; schedule vet/grooming; administer medications; maintain pet supplies.
• Vehicle Upkeep: Clean and organize family vehicle.
• Administrative & Personal Assistant Support: Manage calendar; track expenses; coordinate appointments and scheduling.
• Deep Cleaning & Special Projects: Refresh garage, mudroom, entryway; lead organizational projects.
• Vendor & Property Oversight: Oversee cleaners, contractors, and landscapers; seasonal property maintenance; outdoor spaces.
