About Our Family

We are a hardworking, high-achieving household where two busy professionals are giving everything they have to their careers and their family — and we are finally ready to ask for real help to make it all run more smoothly. Life here is full and fast: weekdays move quickly, evenings are precious, and weekends have quietly become the time we spend catching up on everything that didn't get done during the week. We are ready to change that.

Our home is warm and lived-in. It is anchored by an energetic, curious school-age child who keeps things lively and a sweet, low-maintenance cat who is very much a part of the family. We moved in during an especially hectic season and never had the opportunity to get properly organized. We have been functioning in "get through the day" mode for too long, and we are ready to build real systems — ones that actually stick — with someone who can help us lay that foundation thoughtfully and sustainably over time.

We care deeply about our home, our child, and our privacy, and we hold the people we invite into our lives to a high standard. Trust is not just a preference for us — it is the non-negotiable foundation on which this role is built. We communicate clearly, we respect your time, and we expect the same in return. We are not looking for someone to manage closely. We want someone who arrives, understands what needs to be done, and handles it with professionalism and care.

If you thrive in a household that is ready to be transformed, and you take pride in creating calm and order for a family that genuinely needs it, we would love to hear from you.

Who You Are / What We're Looking For

You’re someone who takes genuine pride in keeping a household running beautifully — not because someone told you to, but because you care. Reliability is non-negotiable here. We have been let down before, and we are looking for someone who shows up on time, every single time, without exception. Trustworthiness is equally essential: you will be in our home and responsible for our child's safety and wellbeing.

Beyond dependability, you are organized and detail-oriented — someone who notices the backpack that needs to be repacked, the pantry running low, or the school email that needs to be added to the calendar. Professional yet warm, you communicate proactively and clearly without turning every interaction into a lengthy conversation. You understand that our time is valuable and operate with that awareness. Experience working with children is important, and a clean driving record is a must — pickups in Atlanta traffic require a calm, confident, and responsible driver. This role is for someone who is confident in their abilities, does not need hand-holding, and finds deep satisfaction in creating order and calm for a family that genuinely needs it.
