Ennoble Care is seeking a full-time Housecalls Community Liaison for the San Antonio, TX market. The role focuses on engaging with the community to promote our home-based primary care, palliative care, and hospice services, building relationships, and increasing brand awareness.

The candidate will analyze market potential, visit referral sources, develop marketing plans, and support office operations. A valid driver’s license and excellent communication skills are required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in marketing, nursing, or social work interacting with health agencies/professionals.
• Organized and detail oriented.
• Excellent oral and written communication.
• Must have a valid driver’s license with a reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Analyze target markets within service area to identify growth opportunities.
• Visit doctors' offices, hospitals, and facilities to present Ennoble Care credentials and secure referrals.
• Assess organizational strengths and weaknesses to inform strategy.
• Review marketing data and past performance to guide decisions.
• Develop and implement sales/marketing objectives, plans, and timelines.
• Coordinate with office staff and attend relevant meetings as needed.
• Provide community outreach and education to raise awareness of Ennoble Care.

Job Summary:

Ennoble Care is seeking a full-time, experienced Housecalls Community Liaisons for our San Antonio, TX markets. This role involves engaging with the community to promote our services, build relationships, and enhance brand awareness.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze the potential of the company's service area to determine target markets.
• Visit Doctor' offices, hospitals, Assisted Living facilities, Skilled Nursing Facilities and other possible sources of referrals to present Agency credentials and obtain patient referrals.
• Analyze the company's organization to determine its strengths and weaknesses.
• Analyze past and current marketing data.
• Complete an analysis of the company's "product" line.
• Analyze patient/company relationships.
• Develop sales/marketing objectives and sales projections.
• Develop a marketing plan, identifying priorities and sets a reasonable timetable.
• Implement marketing plan staying within established timetable.
• Review and evaluate the analyses and plan on an established basis.
• Attend IDG meetings, as appropriate.
• Assist office staff as needed with going to updates, etc.
• Provide community outreach and education.

Qualifications:

• At least 3 years experience in marketing, nursing or social work interacting with health agencies/professionals.
• Must be organized and detail oriented.
• Must be able to communicate effectively orally and in writing.
• Must be a licensed driver with an insured automobile in good working order.

Compensation: Base salary of $50,000 - $95,000, + Monthly, Quarterly, and Annual Bonuses
