The Carolina Center for Behavioral Health is seeking a PRN Night Shift Nursing Supervisor to oversee nursing staff and ensure high standards of psychiatric patient care at our Greer, SC facility.
Responsibilities include coordinating care, monitoring policy adherence, and assisting in staffing decisions during the night shift. Active SC RN licensure and 1–3 years of psychiatric experience are preferred, with shift hours from 7:00 pm to 7:30 am and every other weekend.

Responsible for ensuring coordinated delivery of patient care in accordance with the established standards of care, mental health practice and hospital policy, goals and objectives.
Education: RN License Required. South Carolina registered nurse license with current registration required. Multi-state license with South Carolina included in the compact is also acceptable.
Experience: A minimum of one to three (1‑3) years experience required, prefer experience in a psychiatric health‑care facility.
Work Hours: Night shift: 7:00 pm‑7:30 am. All shifts include every other weekend. May be asked to work overtime and flexible hours.
Machines, Tools, & Equipment: Telephone, Shower/Bath, Audio‑visual equipment, EKG machine, Thermometer, Refrigerator, Radio, Blood Pressure Cuff, Vitals machine, Housekeeping and supplies, Copy Machine, Physical Restraints, First Aid items, and Shredder.
