LBHH seeks dynamic Nurse Supervisors (RN) for the day shift 7:00 am‑7:30 pm. As Nurse Supervisor, you are responsible to the Director of Nursing and Nurse Manager for quality care to psychiatric patients, residents, family members and all customer groups. You exercise independent judgment supervising staff involved in nursing care and overseeing clinical areas during after‑hours. You work closely with all treatment team members and keep physicians, Administrator‑On‑Call (AOC) and DON informed of issues. You control FTEs and arrange staffing for nursing units per grids, census, and patient acuity. You supervise nursing service staff and handle patient complaints. You work closely with admissions regarding after‑hour admissions and discharges. You oversee all codes and ensure proper documentation.
