Three Rivers Behavioral Health is a 136-bed treatment facility specializing in behavioral health and substance abuse services for adolescents and adults. We provide a full continuum of care through inpatient, partial hospitalization, and intensive outpatient programs. Summary

To provide supervisory coverage of the Nursing Department and other patient care areas of the hospital. Responsibilities include managerial and clinical liaison duties between unit managers and department directors during their absence, and the administrator-on-call. Knowledge of Utilization Review rules and regulations is required to assist physicians and staff with admission status assignments. $20,000 SIGN ON BONUS!

Schedule: 7pm - 7:30am, including every other weekend.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain communication and reporting systems among staff across all shifts and with other departments involved in facility operations.
  • Effectively address complaints from patients, families, and referral sources.
  • Assess patient care needs on each unit by conducting rounds in NARC and other hospital areas as needed.
  • Develop and implement staffing plans based on patient acuity, census, and staff availability.

Qualifications

Job Requirements:

  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree)
  • Minimum of one year of recent experience preferred
