Ernest Health's Phoenix Regional Rehabilitation Hospital is seeking a House Supervisor to oversee nursing services on the assigned shift within a 48-bed inpatient rehabilitation setting. The role requires an active RN license, CPR certification, and at least one year of acute care experience; ACLS is preferred.

The House Supervisor ensures patient care continuity and coordinates nursing staff under hospital policy guidelines.

Qualifications

• Current state Registered Nurse license required.
• Current CPR Certification required.
• One (1) year recent experience required. Acute care setting preferred.
• ACLS certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• The House Supervisor is responsible for administrative supervision of nursing services on the assigned shift.
• Supervises and coordinates activities of nursing personnel to maintain continuity of patient care.
• Provides professional nursing care to patients within assigned unit.
• Integrates the hospital’s mission and 'Guiding Principles' into daily practice.
