Job summary

Select Medical is seeking a House Supervisor - Registered Nurse (RN) for Brookwood Baptist Medical Center in Birmingham, AL. This full-time night shift (12 hours) offers clinical leadership, staff coordination, and oversight of patient care in a post-ICU recovery setting.

The role requires an active RN license with BLS and ACLS at hire. BSN is preferred, with five years of critical care or progressive care experience encouraged.

Schedule: Full-time Nightshift, 12-hour shifts

Compensation: $91,200 to $113,500; based on years of experience

Responsibilities

• Effectively managing resources during your assigned shift.

• Constantly monitoring the workplace to ensure that all company policies and procedures are being maintained.
• Serving as a clinical resource to the staff and patients/families.
• Working cooperatively as an ancillary interdisciplinary team member to identify and solve patient-specific and facility-wide needs, while also improving operations.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

• Valid State Registered Nurse (RN) License
• BLS and ACLS required at hire.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Five (5) years of critical care/progressive clinical care experience is preferred.
• Prior clinical management experience is preferred.
• BSN is preferred.
