Job summary

Providence Health & Services is seeking a Nursing Supervisor to oversee shift-based nursing staff and ensure delivery of high-quality patient care.

The role reports to the VP of Patient Care Services and requires strong coordination, policy application, and leadership across multiple units.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• Washington Registered Nurse License required upon hire.
• National Provider BLS - American Heart Association required upon hire.

Description

Under the supervision of the VP of Patient Care Services, the Nursing Supervisor is responsible for coordinating activities of hospital personnel assigned to a specific shift. Communicates and applies policies, practices, procedures, objectives and goals necessary for attainment of satisfactory patient care.

Required Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• Upon hire: Washington Registered Nurse License
• Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
• 1 year of Charge Nurse or leadership experience and demonstrated leadership abilities.

Pay Range

$53.70 - $84.78
