Job summary

Providence Holy Family Hospital in Spokane, WA is seeking a Charge Nurse to lead nursing staff during night shifts. You will support delivery of patient care, assist in administrative duties and ensure operational aspects of departments run smoothly.

The role reports to a Nursing Manager or Director and involves providing leadership to nursing personnel. Applicants should have an accredited nursing program graduate, WA RN license, BLS certification and at least 1 year of leadership/charge nurse

Description

Acts in the absence of specific hospital administrative personnel and department managers. Assists in the assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating delivery of patient care. Supports administrative direction to development and evaluation of all nursing personnel; assists in maintaining operational aspects of hospital departments, including patient throughput. Reports to a Nursing Manager or Director.

Required Qualifications:
