HCA Florida West Marion Hospital is seeking a House Supervisor RN PRN to join our team. You will coordinate and supervise hospital operations and patient care, while leading a collaborative care approach for patients and families in a fast-paced environment.

The role emphasizes advocacy, bed management, and evaluation of care plans to ensure high-quality patient outcomes. Clinical leadership, RN licensure, and BLS are required, with BSN preferred for advancement opportunities.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree, BSN preferred.
• Florida RN license and/or approved multistate RN license required. Compact license holders have 60 days to obtain the Florida license after relocation.
• RN Compact Licensure
• BLS (AHA)
• ACL within 90 days of hire/transfer
• NIH within 90 days of hire/transfer
