Job summary

Hemet Global Medical Center is seeking a House Supervisor for the Nights Shift. The role provides supervision and coordination of operational activities to ensure safe and efficient patient care delivery, without direct patient care.

The position may cover AM/PM/night and/or weekend shifts as assigned. Requirements include a current CA RN license; 3 years in a charge or nursing supervision/management role is preferred along with BCLS and ACLS certifications.

Qualifications

• Current CA RN license.
• 3 years in a charge or nursing supervision or management position preferred, BCLS, and ACLS.
• CPI/AB508 within 90 days from hire date.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the operational activities related to the safe and efficient delivery of patient care.
• Typically responsible for designated AM, PM, night and/or weekend shift.
• This position does not provide direct patient care.

House Supervisor, Per Deim, Nights Shift

Salary Range: $68.30 To $78.17 Hourly

Using discretion and independent judgment and, under the general supervision of the Chief Nursing Officer, the House Supervisor is responsible for the effective supervision and coordination of the operational activities related to the safe and efficient delivery of patient care. This position generally has responsibility for a designated AM,PM, night and/or weekend shift. This position does not provide direct patient care.
Requirements:

• Current CA RN license
• 3 years in a charge or nursing supervision or management position preferred, BCLS, and ACLS.
• CPI/AB508 within 90 days from hire date.
