AHS - Sherman Medical Center is seeking an Administrative House Supervisor—a Registered Professional Nurse responsible for managing hospital services during shifts. This role involves supervising staff and monitoring hospital operations while also providing direct patient care.
The ideal candidate must possess a current RN License in Texas and preferred BSN, along with a minimum of 2 years of experience in acute care or emergency nursing. BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications are required upon hire.
The Administrative House Supervisor is a Registered Professional Nurse who has administrative responsibility for the management of all hospital services on his/her shift. Moves throughout Facility to monitor hospital operations and correct and direct as needed or as appropriate. Directly supervises and communicates with all staff house-wide. He/she may perform direct patient care within the scope of practice. Continually assess care provided in the hospital.
