Work Schedule: Monday thru Friday; 9:00AM-5:00PM/ some nights and weekends. (On call, required)
The House Supervisor is responsible for the management and coordination of day-to-day program operations, assurance of program's compliance with applicable standards and regulations, assistance in program development and providing support to staff in carrying out program specific tasks to meet the needs of those individuals participating in the program of service. The House Supervisor is also responsible for providing skills training and other services to assigned program consumers as outlined in each individual's plan.

Education: High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED): Required
Bachelor's Degree (four-year college or technical school): Preferred
Experience: 1 plus years of experience in a progressive leadership role
Experience: 1 plus years of experience in the BH field
Computer Skills: EHR, Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
Other Requirements: Must have and maintain a valid driver's license and pass required, agency vehicle training.
Must be able to meet agency driver safety requirement of carrying personal vehicle insurance with the following limits: $50,000 bodily injury, each person $100,000 bodily injury, each accident $50,000 property damage
Ability to use Phone, Fax, Copier, and file required.
