Correctional Health Services in Phoenix is seeking a Nursing House Supervisor to lead night operations across six correctional health clinics, ensuring high-quality patient care within the system.
The role partners with the Nursing Manager for staffing and process improvements, coaching staff, and driving operational changes. An RN license and 3+ years of hospital or ambulatory care experience are required.
Pay Range $45.50 - $65.50 hourly
Salary offers are based on the candidate's equivalent experience and internal equity with other employees within the same job classification. The position is eligible for overtime compensation for all hours worked over 40 in the designated workweek.

As the Nursing House Supervisor, this position provides leadership to multiple correctional health clinics to provide appropriate, world-class patient care to patients going through the judicial system. The Nursing House Supervisor is responsible for providing clinical direction, oversight, and guidance for health assessments, clinical interventions, and more to ensure efficiency at night within our six clinics. The Nursing House Supervisor partners with the clinic's Nursing Manager for staffing and process improvements.

Three years of experience as a Registered Nurse in a hospital or ambulatory care setting
A valid, unrestricted license as a Registered Nurse issued by the Arizona State Board of Nursing or issued by another state recognized by the Arizona Board of Nursing as a multi-compact license state
Ability to work inside a jail and stand, walk, and bend for extended periods of time throughout the shift while accurately handling a high volume of work, communicating with a culturally diverse patient population, and adapting to frequent changes, interruptions, and unscheduled tasks
