Nursing Administration is responsible for ensuring the delivery of safe, high-quality, patient-centered care while supporting nursing staff, promoting professional development, and maintaining compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards.The House Patient Care Coordinator oversees hospital operations while supporting safe, efficient, and high-quality patient care. This role serves as a clinical nursing resource, coordinates staffing and patient flow, addresses safety and operational concerns, and supports admissions, transfers, and discharges.
