Baptist Health in Corbin, KY seeks a House Patient Care Coordinator to oversee hospital operations and support safe, efficient patient care. The role serves as a clinical nursing resource, coordinating staffing, patient flow, admissions, transfers, and discharges, while leading during codes and emergencies.

Requires a BSN, active RN license in Kentucky, and 3+ years of nursing experience with certifications in BLS, PALS, ACLS and more.

Qualifications

BSN required and active RN license in Kentucky.
Minimum of three years of job-related nursing experience.
Mandatory certifications: BLS, PALS, ACLS, NIHSS, 12-Lead ECG, Nurse Wound Care, Basic Cardiac Arrhythmia, Avade Training.

Responsibilities

Provides hospital-wide clinical and administrative support during assigned shifts.
Coordinates staffing, patient flow, bed utilization, admissions, transfers, and discharges.
Leads during codes, emergencies, and other critical situations; addresses safety and risk concerns.
Coaches and supports staff while ensuring compliance with hospital policies and safety standards.
