Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of experience supporting individuals with IDD
• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's preferred
• Valid Driver’s License with good driving record
• Age 21 or older
• Experience supervising or leading a team preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, coach, and develop DSP teams.
• Maintain staffing schedules and proper support ratios.
• Oversee onboarding, training, and performance evaluations.
• Conduct monthly team meetings and promote collaboration.
• Monitor payroll, PTO, and coverage; provide on-call leadership.
• Ensure services align with individual goals and ISPs.
• Oversee home operations, safety, and regulatory compliance.
• Provide hands-on leadership with at least one direct support shift weekly
