Curtain Up on Your Next Role

Some jobs ask you to sit still. This one asks you to think on your feet, read a room in seconds, and to turn a theatre lobby full of excited kids and their grown‑ups into a warm, inviting and delightful experience. If you're energetic, quick to comprehend and problem-solve, and genuinely enjoy working with the public, this job is for you and we want to meet you.

Children's Theatre of Charlotte seeks an extremely confident, personable, reliable, and kind individual to serve as a part‑time

You'll be the calm, capable presence who keeps the whole operation moving, collaborating and coordinating closely with Stage Managers, Volunteer Ushers, Security, and Library Staff to bring every front‑of‑house detail together seamlessly.

  • Ensure the theatre is safe, welcoming, and running smoothly for every patron, every time.
  • Act as the face and voice of Children's Theatre of Charlotte for our audiences.
  • Prepare all front of house reports.
