Job summary

ICL in New York seeks a House Manager to oversee daily facility operations and cover in the Director’s absence. You will direct staff, manage timekeeping, safety, and audits.

The role requires 4 years of human services experience with HS diploma, supervisory experience preferred, and eligibility to work in the U.S.; onsite work with evening hours Tuesday through Saturday; a comprehensive benefits package is offered.

Qualifications

• Supervisory experience preferred.
• College credits may substitute for up to 2 years of required experience (1 year college = 1 year experience).

Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise personnel including scheduling, evaluations, disciplinary actions.
• Ensure compliance with timekeeping and attendance policies.
• Conduct staff trainings and promote positive morale.
• Manage audits, corrective actions, and documentation reviews.
• Oversee property safety, inspections, and equipment accountability.
• May conduct intakes, inspections, and host visitors.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
