We are a warm, busy family of three (soon to be four!) in Newtown Square, PA. Our toddler attends daycare, we have a friendly and easygoing dog, and weekly housecleaners handle the deep cleaning, so you can focus on what you do best: helping our household run smoothly and creating a sense of calm amid the day-to-day.
Both parents have demanding careers, both working from home. We value organization, reliability, and proactive communication, and we're looking for someone who can become a trusted, long-term partner in helping our family thrive.
We deeply value reliability, thoughtful communication, initiative, and someone who genuinely enjoys making life easier for the families they support. We want this to feel like a partnership built on trust, respect, and shared goals.
This is a unique opportunity that includes full-time infant care during a short transition period while our baby is not yet in daycare. Once daycare begins, the role naturally evolves into a dedicated House Manager position with little regular childcare responsibilities. It's an ideal fit for an experienced infant nanny who loves newborn care but is excited to build a long-term career in household management.
The long-term focus of the role is on creating and maintaining organizational systems throughout the home, tackling larger organization and reset projects, managing household inventory and supplies, running errands, staying on top of family laundry, and helping with seasonal decorating and other projects that make a house truly feel like home. If you love transforming spaces, creating lasting systems, and bringing order to busy households, this role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful, long-term impact while building a career in household management.
We’re searching for a true unicorn: someone who is equally comfortable caring for a newborn during an important transition as they are creating systems, solving problems, and taking ownership of a busy household.
You have strong infant experience and feel confident managing all aspects of newborn care with warmth, attentiveness, and good judgment. Just as importantly, you’re highly organized, proactive, and naturally see what needs to be done before anyone has to ask.
You communicate clearly, follow through consistently, and genuinely enjoy bringing order and efficiency to a home. You are reliable to your core, love dogs, and thrive in a home with clear systems and high standards. You bring a strong sense of order and care to everything you do.
You are dependable, trustworthy, and calm under pressure. You appreciate structure, love creating organized spaces and sustainable systems, and are excited by the opportunity to transition from a childcare-focused role into long-term household management.
If you’ve been looking for a position that allows you to use your infant expertise while growing into a true House Manager, this role offers a rare opportunity to do exactly that.
